Ways to Get Involved

Become a Peer Reviewer

SHIFT utilizes a double-blind, peer-review process to ensure every manuscript is held to the highest standards. As a peer reviewer, you play a vital role by providing expert and insightful analysis of submissions aligned with your area of specialization.

Develop Best Practice Guides

Each year, SHIFT publishes a Best Practice Guide that translates research into practical tools and resources for use in the field. As a volunteer developer, you will assist in transforming studies into clear, actionable elements that safety professionals can apply in real-world settings.

Submit EHS Research

Have research or analyses you'd like to submit? SHIFT ensures your work reaches a global audience of EHS professionals and researchers at no cost to you. Publishing in SHIFT is free for authors and researchers, and accepted manuscripts are promptly features in the next issue, helping your findings make an immediate impact.
